AAylex ONE is one of the major fresh chicken meat producers in Europe, with 40 years experience of constant production and systemic innovation, making its brand “Cocorico”, one of the most appreciated brand, preferred by millions of people in Romania and other countries. Chickens are raised on a 100% natural feed, thus all Cocorico products are non-GMO, as well as antibiotic, growth hormones and additive free.

With the last 40 years’ achieved know-how, Cocorico developed a new range of ready-to-eat chicken specialities, made from 100% fresh chicken meat, with natural ingredients and spices, under unique 100% Romanian recipes.

Having a vertically integrated business approach and managing over 2,500 employees in our feed plants, chicken farms, slaughter house and 2 new highly advanced plants, the company managed to deliver a 170 Mil. euro turnover, in 2021.

In recent years, the company made significant investments, over 70 million euros, for the integration, consolidation and automation of the entire chain: from growing the chickens, to production and distribution.

The entire production and distribution process is taking place in maximum biosecurity conditions, confirmed by multiple certifications on Quality, Food Safety and Environment Management: BRC, IFS, FSSC, BSCI, SGS, ISO, BRCGS-ETRS, HALAL.

Cocorico respects the environment and is fully engaged in sustainability initiatives for the entire food production chain, from renewable energy sources to reducing food waste.

Agricola International

With over 60 years of tradition in raising chickens, Agricola is the second largest producer of poultry in Romania, selling high quality chicken meat under its brand, having internationally awarded products in its portfolio annualy (International Taste Quality Institute, Monde Selection) and a wide range of certifications.

Agrisol

On the Romanian agriculture market, SC Agrisol International RO SRL operates in meat business segment, being member of an agribusiness group. Committed to performance, focus on customer, promoting innovation, supporting teamwork, delivering high-quality products that are beneficial to our customers and to the environment, the company’s fully integrated activities include rearing, processing, distributing and marketing its products. In a challenging environment, our company has grown over a few years, developing as an integrated, independent businesses, being one of the market leaders in Romania, with a production of over 40.000 tons chicken meat yearly. All of these would not have been possible without our excellent infrastructure: fleet of specialized vehicles, distribution network and trained personnel. Over 980 employees work to cover our activity in Agrisol International RO SRL.

 

Agrosemcu

In 2003, Zenovia Semcu founded Agrosemcu as a small family business, with the main object of activity – the manufacture of bread.

In time, Mrs. Semcu notices the potential of the business and decides to build a bread factory in Valea Calugareasca, Prahova. Despite the fact that the economy was timidly recovering from the recession, in 2011, Agrosemcu submitted the “FEADR Project – Bread Factory” to obtain 50% co-financing from European funds. The project, worth 4,671,177 euros, was approved in 2012, and in 2014 the Senapan Factory was inaugurated.

In 2017, modern retail was already very well represented in Romania. Agrosemcu shareholders see this as a good new market and a new development opportunity. Thus, they submitted the project for the diversification of the activity – installation of a biscuit and cake line. The project, worth 1,944,520 euros, will be completed in 2020. Through this project, Agrosemcu satisfies the selection criteria of the big retailers regarding production capacity and shelf life.

The building measures approximately 2000 m² and hosts 7 production lines:

Currently, Agrosemcu sells bakery products, pastries, cakes and biscuits under 3 brands: Senapan, SenaDelice and SenaVit. These products are available nationally, but also for export.

From the selection of raw materials, the creation of recipes, technological processes, to the daily distribution in partner stores, all processes are carried out within the factory, using its own technical and human resources. This gives increased control over the efficiency and quality of the finished products.

AGROVA PORK FARM

Agrova operates on a business model based on purchasing piglets and placing them in a proprietary farming program. After reaching the target weight, the animals are sold to third-party slaughterhouses in the local market. The piglets are 100% imported from reputable, internationally certified suppliers from Germany, Denmark or the Netherlands. For biosecurity reasons, we contracted a dedicated piglet supplier for each farm (“single source” strategy). Thus, we secured long-term commercial agreements with every piglet supplier.

The piglets are subject to veterinary medical checks, carried out both by our doctors and by third-party veterinarians contracted from the Netherlands, Germany or Spain;

The feed required in the pig reproduction process is controlled 100% at a local Feed Factory.

ALL NUTS

We participate in this economic mission to identify partners to help with raw or processed raw materials of the highest quality produced in Romania.We want to develop collaborations with distribution companies or chain stores for the Spanish, international and Ethnic markets.

Alpin 57 Lux

Alpin 57 Lux is one of the largest ice cream companies in Romania. With an activity focused on continuous development, the company became part of Food Union Group in 2016. At present, Food Union Group combines innovation with commitment to consumers in 10 European countries. Alpin 57 Lux operates in the factory in Sebeș, Alba county, Romania. Here, we make best quality products, aimed at constantly satisfying customers’ needs. The factory is located on a new industrial platform with modern production and storage facilities. State-of-the-art technology lines and the involvement of Alpin ice cream manufacturing team and much more, allow us to bring quality products to the market at competitive prices.

Focusing on continuous research of customers’ needs in order to discover consumer preferences, Alpin 57 Lux offers them a varied range of products. With more than 60 ice cream varieties under different brands, among which the most popular are Transalpina, Fulg de Nea, Suplette, Tedi, Alpin, etc., and a range of 30 HoReCa ice cream products, Alpin 57 Lux lets your imagination run free, trying to create new assortments every year, to satisfy consumers’ desire for something new. In this regard, given the interest in the Alpin team members and the fact that ice cream remains a seasonal product for Romanian consumers, since 2001, Alpin 57 Lux has been welcoming consumers with a varied range of frozen pastry and bakery products. Therefore, in 2018 we decided to change part of the packaging of the pastry products in order to preserve their quality and authentic taste.

At the moment, the distribution of the products under Alpin’s logo is carried out nationally, in urban and rural areas, through our own distribution network (at the moment, Alpin 57 Lux fleet includes over 230 cars), as well as through suppliers and large chain stores. Regarding Alpin’s vehicles, they ensure the fast transport of products in the best conditions, to more than 20,000 customized freezers. The company’s efforts on quality, marketing and sales policy have been appreciated by customers who entered into partnerships with Alpin 57 Lux. These partnerships led to the development of an important turnover and the creation of a portfolio of loyal customers. Among the appreciations obtained over time, for 5 consecutive years Alpin 57 Lux was awarded the first place among domestic ice cream producers by the National Council of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises in Romania. In order to maintain our high standards of product quality and safety, at Alpin, we have implemented the Integrated Food Quality and Safety Management System according to the IFS Food reference standard, version 7.

Angus Group

Angus Group sells fresh and dryaged Angus beef, produced naturally on the pastures of Transylvania and is recognized worldwide for its quality proven in several international contests. Premium Angus Beef is marbled, tender, juicy and dry-aged. We can offer Angus beef carcasses or beef parts from Angus bulls, females, or castrated bulls which originate from our farm. All slaughtered animals are dry-aged between 17 and 22 months and the carcass weights are between 300 and 350 kg. The proportion of meat / fat is balanced so that a superior and consistent quality is maintained.

Our Angus beef has extensive marbling, a firm texture and even carcass fat cover, traits that make it stand out, ensuring the consumer a variety of premium beef products. Our beef is served in Europe’s luxury restaurants and gourmet butcheries where top cooks, butchers and master chefs need excellence in quality, taste, tenderness and can rely on consistency and full control through traceability. The cattle are directly transported from our farms to the slaughterhouse, afterwards the carcasses being directed to the processor, to be cut according to specifications. The entire beef production process is fully controlled through certification systems.

All the steps that dictated our direction were guided by the requirement with which we keep the quality standard at the highest level, without compromises, without shortcuts. Through our entire activity we want to put Romania on the map of quality beef producers at European level, an ambitious goal that we meet step by step because we believe that Europe needs to produce quality beef for Europe, without relying on imports from overseas.

Annabella Râureni

Fruit and vegetable canning factory Annabela Raureni Canning Factory produces comfitures, jams, fruit in syrup (compote), syrups, pickles, vegetables for cooking, tomato based products, readymade (zacusca spreads), marmalade, natural concentrate apple juice bulk (100% apple), natural fruit juice bag-in-box packed (100% fruit), strawberry comfiture 100% fruit, plum butter „magiun” 100% fruit, hot pepper comfiture –Gourmet, red onion comfiture –Gourmet, wellness jam and comfiture (no added sugar, inulin based), portion jams 20g.

With a portfolio of over 100 products and over 40.000t manufacturing capabilities, our modern factory produces high volumes of both Raureni brand and private label. Best fruit and vegetable are handpicked for our jars, from well-verified sources. Natural ingredients, no preservatives, no colorants, no artificial flavours. Helping people around the world enjoy nature’s best, Râureni exports for Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Israel, SUA, Canada, Cyprus, France, Australia, Suedia, EAU, Belgium, Belarus, Great Britain, New Zealand, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Russia, Japan, China, Greece, Moldavia, Poland, Norway.

We currently have over 140 buyers in over 24 countries. Exports and intra-communitary trade account for 15% of the company’s total sales.

Although our core ranges of products are traditional fruit and vegetable cans and bulk natural apple concentrate, we have developed some new ranges of products such as diet jams, portion jams, gourmet comfiture, and BIB packed natural apple juice.

APICOLA COSTACHE

Apicola Costache SRL was founded in 2005 and it is located in the village Ion Roata, Ialomita County. Company activity covers acquisition, processing and distribution of honey.Now, Apicola Costache it`s a company with 25 employees which is processing around 2700 to of honey/year and with a turnover of 9 mil euro. Thereby we became Market leader on Romanian market and one of the most important processor of honey from Romania.

From this reason we are suppliers for most of Romanian market retailers (Kaufland, Lidl, Carrefour, Cora, Profi, Auchan, Metro, Selgros), for sweets producers, for Pharma Industry, for Horeca Industry and also for foreign markets from Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Israel, China.

For internal market we deliver under our own brands and for external market also our brand or barrels.

Our main products are polyfloral, linden and acacia honey, conventional or organic and is one of the best quality guaranteed by Romanian and German labs. Also ISO and FSSC accreditations for Quality control and AGRECO for BIO products, demonstrate our quality and seriousness.

We pack honey almost in all packaging solutions – from sticks of 10 grs., casserols of 20 grs. to jars, bucket or barrels.

APICRIS NATURA

Beekeeping is an old tradition in the Moldavian plateau and the love for bees and honey has brought us to the point where we are now.

ApiCris Natura is a Romanian-owned company founded in 2010 in Iaşi, based on two imported values: the care for beekeepers and the responsibility for honey consumers. The company owns its own certified beekeeping farm, the product range being clean and absolutely natural, without preservatives, food additives or genetically modified microorganisms. That is why our honey is exceptional in terms of the qualities and has a deeply fragrant taste due to the specific melliferous area.

We are proud to have export experience in almost all E.U countries and also in U.A.E, Kuwait, Japan because the middle of our passion for honey we put all the care for offering you a high-end quality product.

We have developed and refined our unique way of honey-making, driven by our unmatched standards for quality as well as our passion for creative excellence.

APIDAVA

Apidava is founded in 1992, in a small town from the heart of Transylvania-Romania. We started as a family business, and today we have over 50 employees and a turnover of 7milion EUR/ year.

We process 2.200 tons of honey/ year, from which 50% is for export market, in bulk and jars. Apidava exports today in more than 10 countries all over the world: Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Poland, Holland, USA, Australia, Israel, Japan, Singapore, P.R. China.

We also produce a small range of cosmetic products under brand Apidava Cosmetic Line, and some honey supplements, such as Propolis Essence, Honey with propolis, Honey with nuts.

Romanian honey production is situated in place 4 in Europe with around 22.000 tones/ year, that’s why Romania exports around 70% of the internal production, mainly in Europe, but also in some Asian countries.
We can offer more than 5 types of honey: Acacia, polyflower, Linden, Rape, Sunflower and Honeydew honey, and also organic honey. All our honey is 100% natural, pure honey.

APIPRODEX

Apiprodex company began its operations in 2002, being the firm that set on the market the concept of ecological honey and apiary products.The company was established for production activities, processing and export of high quality apiary products, origin from Romania. The head office and the warehouse are located in Tîrgu-Mureş, a city placed in central Transylvania, thus facilitating better logistics and supply of the central purchasing point. Our Organic certification program vises aprox. 120 beekeepers across the country, which means that the organic honey of over 15.000 bee colonies can be found on the European market.

As a novelty, in the summer of 2012 a new certification project was initiated, recognized by the West European market as “NATURLAND” and aiming for the moment 15 beekeepers with aprox. 3.714 bee colonies.

Inspection and certification of the organic bee families is provided by ECOCERT, in accordance with EC regulation 834/2007. Prior to delivery, the honey is analyzed according to the following parameters: antibiotics, humidity, HMF and it is closely monitored to prevent counterfeiting with sugars or other additives. Safety of the foodstuff is ensured by ISO 22000 quality system implemented by the firm URS (United Registrar of Systems) Romania.

The range of products that Apiprodex company can offer includes organic honey in bulk, in drums of 300 kg, of the following types: acacia, linden, poliflora and manna, but also some other apiary products, such as pollen and propolis.

Apisrom

APISROM started its journey in 2005, the main activity being acquisition and processing of honey and wax. In 2008 we have inaugurated our first factory, which was designed with two distinct production lines: one for honey bee processing and one for wax processing. In 2017 we have started the construction of our new company headquarters with a total built area of more than 2000 mp, where we have a processing hall equipped with the most modern honey packaging facilities and an administrative area.

We managed to develop and became well known because we always put quality and respect for our customers first. Out of the desire to come to the market with new products, every year we have invested in modern and up to date technology, implementing HACCP food safety quality management systems and then ISO 22000. Following the continuous improvement of the quality system we have moved to the standard IFS Food, obtaining certification from TUV Austria. This standard is one of the many standards under the umbrella of the international brand IFS (International Featured Standards) and is recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).

In order to meet the needs of all categories of clients around the world, we also obtained ECO and Halal certifications. Halal certification guarantees consumers of the Islamic religion the observance of the precepts of the Islamic religion and the assurance of an increased level of hygiene and safety of the product. ECO certification demonstrates compliance with the requirements for processing organic products from ECO certified beekeepers.

QUALITY

Apisrom implemented the HACCP system in 2008 and was later certified according to the new food security standard, IFS FOOD – International Featured Standard, by TUV Austria.
As a result of fulfilling the requirements of the European legislation on the processing and marketing of animal products (honey is classified as such), Apisrom obtained the H20 EC authorization, sanitary-veterinary authorization for the intra-Community trade.

Honey taken from beekeepers is checked both organoleptically and by laboratory analysis. Consider appearance, consistency, color, smell and taste. Physically and chemically, moisture, acidity, sugars, HMF, and the presence of antibiotic residues are established.
Also, through the microscopic analysis of pollen, we have the possibility to determine precisely the floral assortment which the honey comes from. In addition, throughout the technological flow, honey samples are taken for analysis, both from the lots and from the finished products.

We are always alongside beekeepers, participating in national and international fairs and exhibitions. Thus, over time, the relationship with them has become a partnership. They are the ones who offer honey of the best quality, honey which, processed and packaged at APISROM, reaches consumers in the country and abroad. We are present on the market with a complex portfolio of products with European market destination as well as the Romanian market of HoReCa and Retail. Apisrom strongest values are performance, quality, innovation and respect for consumers and business partners.

AROMATICS

Started in 1994, Aromatics is a family owned producer of flavors, essential oils and natural colors based in Romania.

Our flavors can be used for the manufacture of soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, milk products, sweets and pastries. For the beverage industry we offer a variety of natural flavors (orange, grapefruit, lemon, etc), fruit emulsions (forest fruits, apple, peach, strawberry, pear, etc), colored and colorless flavors (grapes, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, apricot, etc). We also sell flavors for sweets, creams, deserts and pastries (vanilla, rum, chocolate, etc) as well as milk based products such as ice cream and yoghurt. The flavors we sell are created in our laboratories in Fagaras, Romania and they are tailor made for each customer based on their needs and budgets.

Aromatics also makes high quality essential oils from locally sourced ingredients such as cognac oil, juniper oil, hops oil and many more. We are also a producer of natural colors for the food industry: carmine, annatto, copper clorophylin, beta carotene and others.

Our products are made in our factory in Fagaras, which allows us to follow each step of production carefully and to make sure that they meet the highest quality and food safety standards. Aromatics’ constant commitment to quality and customer service has made our products successful on the Romanian market as well as on numerous export markets such as Great Britain, Belarus, United States, Austria, Hungary, Lithuania and many others.

ARTESANS DEL SUCRE

Spanish lollipops made in Romania ARTESANS del SUCRE is a Spanish family owned company founded in 1991; today is the largest manufacturer of handmade lollipops ​and exports their products to over 50 countries worldwide.​

Since 1993 ARTESANS del SUCRE successfully exhibits the highest quality of handmade lollipops at the ISM trade fair. ​The company also exhibits at the ANUGA KOLN, SIAL PARIS, SIAL SHANGHAI, TUTTO FOOD MILANO, IFE LONDON, ALIMENTARIA BARCELONA, GULFOOD DUBAI fairs.

Our lollipops and candy canes are individually handcrafted and each item is hand wrapped very carefully with the best packaging material. With this we prevent damage of goods during delivery.

All our candies are made with only the finest natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives and cooked in small batches to ensure optimum freshness and quality. Our candies are not cooked with steam, the “cooking on direct fire” is our traditional and most valuable production method, which preserves and enhances flavour and taste.

Our candies are available in a large variety of flavours. Not just traditional colour combinations are available, ​any kind of colour combinations are available for our customers.

AVI-GIIS

Romania is still the country where half of the population lives in rural environments. For the most of the Romanians today, childhood means living in the countryside, working the fields, taking care of the animals, playing outside and especially delicious, steaming food eaten with a wooden spoon from bowls of clay. The founders of AVI-GIIS are two of those people who spent their childhood close to the nature, with health reddening their cheeks. Moving from the countryside to the city did not endanger their relationship with the past, their food habits or culinary taste.

Trading company AVI-GIIS limited liability company, with registered office in commune Mihaesti, village Stuparei, Abatorului Street, number 6, county Valcea (10 km from the municipality Ramnicu Valcea on the national road that connects Sibiu to Craiova), Region Oltenia “from under the mountains”, Romania.

          AVI-GIIS is founded in 1990 – in February (2 months of the Revolution) and according to the law 31/1990 registered under the LLC – month September 1991.

          In time, the company has not undergone major, has kept the object of activity (NACE code 1011), had no business interruptions, shareholding changes, change of registered office and so on.

          It is worth mentioning that since inception we had authorization of slaughtering but we gave up this activity just to be able to conform to European norms and along with the Romania joining the EU in 2007 we have been authorised for intra-Community trade having authorization RO 133/2007.

          In the specific activity for the production of meat preparations, cutting, packaging and retail outlet we benefit from our own authorized (L14/2014)  factories laboratory within the company and from well trained staff and experienced in the field.

          AVI-GIIS LLC has also in portfolio two separate units:

• Storage unit packing and repacking C 43;
• Unit handling animal by-products which are not intended for human consumption – III category RO – VL 001 – COLL/3/2014;

 

          Mention that all the corporate assets is placed in one location, it is owned by AVI-GIIS LLC and was acquired in time by own effort.

Avicarvil Food and Distribution

Avicarvil Food and Distribution, part of the Carmistin Group, has most of its activity concentrated on the main brand of the company, La Provincia. The star brand is one of the leaders in the Romanian poultry market, with a tradition of over 10 years. La Provincia chickens are raised with food from our lands without any animal protein, in our farms around Horezu area, which is well known for its clean, unpolluted air. Our farms always comply with the European Union standards for shelter systems.

The main sub brands of La Provincia are “The Vegetarian Chicken” and “Raised on the ground Chicken”.

As the population continues to increase in number, the poultry sector will need to adapt to new trends and increase its efficiency.
According to the nationwide identified trends, consumers show a growing interest in organic products. In the near future, the market demand for organic meat and eggs will be constantly growing. The first aspect taken into account by consumers will be the relation between their health and food and secondly the decision-making factor will be the taste of the products.

The growing concerns of the consumer about environmental issues and animal welfare will put increasing pressure on the poultry industry in the coming period.

That is precisely why, being constantly connected with the market trends and meeting our customers’ needs, we have already started the process of diversifying the poultry activity, focusing on raising chickens organically, within our own farms. Also, both slaughterhouses are the first poultry production units organic certified in Romania.

AVIROM PLUS

Avirom Plus is part of the Carmistin Group who is a leading poultry producer, processor and retailer with an annual farming and pre-processing capacity of over 30 million chickens/year. The group has its own hatchery, breeding and young stock farms, located on the Tărtășești platform, taken over by the Group in 2020. The hatchery was built in 2007 and it is known as one of the best platforms in Europe, awarded for outstanding results well above the Ross 140 Club entry limit (the number of chicks produced per breeding hen). All our chickens are raised in an integrated system and everything starts with their food.

We cultivate more than 7000 ha of land annually and more than 30% of this land is already registered as organic. Crops from our fields go to our own Feed Factory where it transforms into feed for the animals we breed.

Our business is mainly focused on the broiler chicken category, but in the last two years we have innovated and launched the yellow chicken, fed with vegetables and cereals (mainly corn) and the organic chicken. Moreover, we are the first and only chicken slaughterhouse in Romania with a bio processor certificate.

Currently we are developing one of the boldest projects in Romania. We are building the most modern chicken slaughterhouse in South-Eastern Europe.

The new slaughterhouse unit will have a capacity of 13,500 heads/hour and an area over 25,000 square meters. The project will be put into operation at the end of 2023.

Boromir IND

Boromir Company was founded in 1994 with the purpose of delivering excellent baking and milling products. Born out of the respect for tradition, but with a modern perspective, the company has developed its activity during its twenty-eight years of existence, offering both traditional and new products that have shaped the Romanian market.

The experience we gathered along these years, the professionalism of our team and our desire to innovate are the assets that allow us to offer our clients products of exceptional quality, which combine tradition, originality and trust.

At present Boromir carries out its activity on five production platforms in Romania: Vâlcea, Sibiu, Deva, Buzău and Slobozia. We offer pastry products for daily use such as croissants, short dough cookies, traditional brioches, cream filled brioches and cakes. In addition, we offer products for special events and holidays: traditional brioches, special brioches with fillings and unique cakes. We also have a collection of pastry products for homemade desserts: ladyfingers, puff pastry, sponge cake layers.

We also offer milling products: wheat flour, corn meal, semolina and special flours for retail, as well as baked goods: pretzels, bread and other baking specialties. Among our products, there are also different types of pasta, biscuits, corn flakes and sugar goods such as Turkish delight, halvah and glucose.

Inspired by the traditional Romanian Cozonac, our collections of sweet brioches have become popular in all our country and, also, beyond our borders. Our Sweet Brioches are known for their fluffy and soft texture, delicious fillings and unique taste. In addition to the traditional sweet brioche, we have launched a lot of original collections of reinvented brioches. For example, The Exotic Sweet Brioche combines tropical flavors, The Royal Sweet Brioche delights our customers with its chocolate glaze and chips, while the Vegan Brioche sweetens up those who follow a vegan lifestyle. We have also created a special line of products for Christmas and Easter, such as the Macaron Glazed Brioche or the Butter Brioche with cinnamon, butter and walnuts.

Another one of our most popular products are the Buzau Pretzels, which were created for different types of people. 2009 – Sweet Walnut Cream Brioche by Boromir “Product of the Year Romania 2009”
The Sweet Walnut Cream Brioche was named the winner of “Product of the Year Romania 2009”.

2014 – Continuous Innovation

We produce top-quality beef from Angus cattle that we breed on natural Transylvanian grasslands. MATIAS SRL is a private owned company, one of the largest snacks producers from ROMANIA. Fruit and vegetable canning factory With over 25 years of experience in the field, MIB PRODCOM, the owner of the Arovit brand is a Romanian fruit and vegetable processing company dedicated to the production and commercialization of over 150 products destined for both domestic and industrial consumption. Our portfolio includes confitures, jams, ready meals, tomato products, pickles, nectars, pastries products and products for the hospitality industry.

Nowadays, Arovit manages 2 production facilities – one located in Valea lui Mihai, Bihor county and another one in Aiud, Alba county- both unities operatig on a 12 months operating cycle.

PRUTUL

Prutul is one of the main producers of vegetable oil and also one of the most important players in the agribusiness industry in Romania. Prutul is a company with an integrated business model, from the distribution of inputs for agricultural production, to the purchasing and trading for all types of grains and oil seeds, as well as cereals and feedstock storage facilities for the crushing, refining and bottling factory.

Prutul owns a factory in Galați which has the longest tradition in the production of vegetable oil in Romania (since 1893) and 16 storage facilities for oil seeds and grains in the counties with the largest agricultural potential in our country.
Our commercial offer includes: Crude, refined and bottled sunflower, rapeseed & soybean oil, Sunflower and soybean meals, Sunflower husk pellets, Fatty acids.
We have a vegetable oil terminal with a loading point at the Danube River, in the Galati Commercial Harbour (the factory is located at only 2 km away from de harbour).
We export our products with commercial ship of: 6.000 tons sunflower crude oil / 5.000 tons sunflower meal.
The company holds industry-leading certifications (ISO, IFS, FSSC, FDA, Kosher, Halal), and is affiliated with some of the most prestigious organizations in the industry (FOSFA, GAFTA).
The Prutul Factory produces a full range of sunflower oils: Conventional, Mid Oleic and High Oleic (bulk or bottled – 1L, 1.5L, 1.89L, 2L, 3L, 3.78L, 5L). We market these types of vegetable oils both under our own brands and as private brands.

RECUNOSTINTA CRISTIM

Cris-Tim is the market leader of processed meat in Romania. We have three brands in the portfolio of processed meat: Cris-Tim, Matache Macelaru’ and Alpinia. All products under Cris-Tim and Matache Macelaru’ brands are made with Clean Label mark. We are the producers of famous Săsesc Salami (Trade Mark Cris-Tim), the most beloved salami in Romania. REGIU PLANT established in 2015, has the main activity the collection, conditioning, drying and packaging of medicinal plants, forest fruits, mushrooms and walnuts. ZIMBRIA products are obtained naturally, traditionally (without E, additives or emulsifiers) and baked over the jar of hardwood (fir / beech), using only fresh meat of the highest quality and sprinkled with natural spices, carefully selected to sour and flavor the meat at the same time. The quality of ingredients alongside traditional processing methods offers an excellent taste to our products appreciated by consumers and benefits to the body by using wild blackcurrant, black pepper, salt without nitrite, red pepper, coriander, etc. Our involvement is a direct one in the production of specialties, and we always want to maintain the highest standards in terms of their quality but also in sales for a direct interaction with those who purchase our products, being interested in new requirements, proposals.

Vladalex Impex company was founded with the purpose of contributing to the enhancement and promotion of the ecological potential of Romania.Vladalex is a company with a tradition of 22 years in the food sector, starting its activity in the Organic products market in 2010.

The targeted objective of this firm is to develop, to improve the Organic products, obtained from various certified manufacturers and processors from Romania.
The products offered for sale come from organic areas, being certified in accordance with the following regulations: EC 848/2018 for the EU market.
Certification of products is ensured by the inspection and certification body – CERES GmbH.. RO-ECO-024.
Vladalex range of organic products consists of: dried or frozen forest fruits (berries), herbs and medicinal plants, different types of honey and apiary products, fresh fruits for the industry, mushrooms, walnuts and hazelnuts.
