Agrosemcu is a company with 100% Romanian capital and was founded in 2003 by Mrs. Zenovia Semcu. The object of activity is the manufacture of bakery products, biscuits and cakes.

The company was founded out of the desire to offer every day the best bread to customers in Prahova County. The goal was achieved, so the team wanted to evolve. Therefore, we began to develop products with longer shelf life. This gave us the opportunity to reach out the customers across the country and abroad.

That’s how SenaDelice cakes came about.

By accessing European funds, worth 2 million EUR, Agrosemcu’s management has continuously invested in the development and modernization of industrial lines. Due to high production capacity, 700 kg of cakes / hour and 500 kg of biscuits / hour, we have the opportunity to address both, domestic and foreign distributors. Also, our company is producing to supply the major chain stores such as Kaufland, Profi and others from modern trade.

Agrosemcu is defined by a team of professionals, who for years have invested their knowledge and skills, with the utmost diligence, in the bakery field. Taking into account the feedback of the most demanding customers, the food engineers have developed products that have delighted the tastes of thousands of adults and children.

Recently, we developed two new products “SenaVit Biscuits with whole grains” and “SenaDelice Mosaic cake”. These new products have performed very well in the modern trade.

Apicola Costache was founded in 2005 and it is located in the village Ion Roata, Ialomita County. Company activity covers acquisition, processing and distribution of honey. Now, Apicola Costache is a company with 25 employees which is processing around 2700 to of honey/year and with a turnover of 9 mil euro. As much we becoming Market leader on Romanian market and one of the most important processor of honey from Romania.

From this reason we are suppliers for most of Romanian market retailers (Kaufland, Lidl, Carrefour, Cora, Profi, Auchan, Metro, Selgros), for sweets producers, for Pharma Industry, for Horeca Industry and also for foreign markets from Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Israel, China.

APISROM started its journey in 2005, the main activity being acquisition and processing of honey and wax. In 2008 we have inaugurated our first factory, which was designed with two distinct production lines: one for honey bee processing and one for wax processing. In 2017 we have started the construction of our new company headquarters with a total built area of more than 2000mp, where we have a processing hall equipped with the most modern honey packing facilities and an administrative area.

We managed to develop and became well known because we always put quality and respect for our customers first. Avicola Lumina

At Avicola Lumina we deal with collecting, sorting, marking and packaging eggs for consumption. We also manage flawlessly when it comes to the growth and welfare of poultry and especially the production of fodder for our poultry.The hens from Avicola Lumina enjoy access to generous areas of green spaces and orchards, so we obtain first class eggs for our customers.

Egg production is ensured in three growing systems: free-range, free-run or battery cage and furnished cages according to European standards. Avicola Lumina has made significant investments to meet the requirements of the European Union regarding the welfare conditions, the space for movement and the degree of freedom of each bird.

CRAMELE MINIȘ

The company Cramele Miniș S.A. was established in 2004, as a result of the desire of some investors from the area Șiria-Mîsca to develop the wine-growing area of the hills of Șiria.

The company owns 25 ha of vineyards of the varieties Fetească Regală, Sauvignon Blanc, Mustoasă de Măderat, Muscat Ottonel, Fetească Neagră, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Blaufränkish, located in the Mîsca-Șiria area. It produces DOC ,,Miniș”, GI ,,Dealurile Zărandului” and table wines. The wines are available at the cellars of the winery and to the shops in Șiria.

The wines are stored in old stone cellars, one of which dates back to 1818, built by Baron Bohuș at the foot of the fortress of Șiria. The wine-growing area of Șiria-Mîsca lies in the Minis-Măderat district.

The special conditions of the vineyard as well as the influence of the Mediterranean climate give rise to red wines that bring fame to the vineyard and to our society…

LTA MONDIAL has the technical capacity to meet the requirements of export markets, so the average monthly production volume is 300,000 liters of oil and 300 tons of shelled sunflower and can increase by up to 67% in oil cases. Nowadays, Arovit manages 2 production facilities – one located in Valea lui Mihai, Bihor county and another one in Aiud, Alba county- both unities operatig on a 12 months operating cycle.

We grow most of the vegetables, responsibly, at our farm in Valea lui Mihai as well as in the surrounding area, with a rich cultural tradition. The short way from farm to factory helps us keep the raw materials fresh and ensures low logistic costs. In 2021 we were awared the distinction ”Integrated value chain: from seed to can” at the Trasylvanian Farmers Gala.

Both our production facilities are certified with the Integrated Management System os quality and safety of Food, according to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22000:2005 Food safety management systems, and FSSC 22000:2011 Certification scheme for food safety systems.

Moldovan Carmangerie

The Moldovan Carmangerie, one of the most important companies in the meat and meat preparation market in Cluj-Napoca, was founded in 1994 by Ștefan and Cosmin Moldovan, father and son under the name Cosm-Fan Carmangerie. Over the years, the authentic taste and quality of the products generated a steady growth of the business, which led to the opening of own meat chain of stores.

In 2003, the Moldovan family decided to invest in a cattle ranch in Mociu. Here, in a healthy, balanced,and natural environment they grow over 230 breeds of cows. Between 2007 and 2008, the company was rebuilt from scratch using SAPARD funds, which were mostly used towards modernization and acquiring modern technologies for the production environment. This investment has been the central pillar in the further development of the company, which led to both extending the network of stores and increasing the number of employees, as well as to diversifying the portfolio of their products.

In 2014, celebrating already 20 years of existence, the company went through a complex rebranding process, changing its name to Moldovan Carmangerie and bringing to market a new store concept, in which the product sales area is completed by a bistro area.

Moldovan Carmangerie continued its development strategy after the rebranding process, in November 2016 inaugurating a second production unit and in 2021, it was inaugurated a logistic warehouse.

Therefore, in 2022 Moldovan Carmangerie operates 33 stores throughout the Cluj County, two production units and one logistic warehouse, with more than 400 employees. The portfolio of its products includes 120 different specialties such as sausages, salami, smoked ham, frankfurters, marinated minced meat or freshly cut meat, naturally maturated beef or special breeds as Black Angus.

The whole evolution of the company is the living proof of the fact that the craft learned in the family, the dedication and the respect for the client are those ingredients that build a sustainable business.

PRUTUL

Prutul is one of the main producers of vegetable oil and also one of the most important players in the agribusiness industry in Romania. Prutul is a company with an integrated business model, from the distribution of inputs for agricultural production, to the purchasing and trading for all types of grains and oil seeds, as well as cereals and feedstock storage facilities for the crushing, refining and bottling factory.

Prutul owns a factory in Galați which has the longest tradition in the production of vegetable oil in Romania (since 1893) and 16 storage facilities for oil seeds and grains in the counties with the largest agricultural potential in our country.
Our commercial offer includes: Crude, refined and bottled sunflower, rapeseed & soybean oil, Sunflower and soybean meals, Sunflower husk pellets, Fatty acids.
We have a vegetable oil terminal with a loading point at the Danube River, in the Galati Commercial Harbour (the factory is located at only 2 km away from de harbour).
We export our products with commercial ship of: 6.000 tons sunflower crude oil / 5.000 tons sunflower meal.
The company holds industry-leading certifications (ISO, IFS, FSSC, FDA, Kosher, Halal), and is affiliated with some of the most prestigious organizations in the industry (FOSFA, GAFTA).
The Prutul Factory produces a full range of sunflower oils: Conventional, Mid Oleic and High Oleic (bulk or bottled – 1L, 1.5L, 1.89L, 2L, 3L, 3.78L, 5L). We market these types of vegetable oils both under our own brands and as private brands.

REGIU PLANT

REGIU PLANT established in 2015, has the main activity the collection, conditioning, drying and packaging of medicinal plants, forest fruits, mushrooms and walnuts. In addition, the company offers sea buckthorn oil, made by cold pressing. Collection area: the mountain and hilly areas of Transylvania.

Situated in a nature-blessed area, the company is still small but growing, with a young and enthusiastic staff in terms of the benefits and future of herbal products, both in the form of teas and processed foods further in the form of tinctures, powders or medicinal oils.

ROM HONEY GROUP started the activity in 2016, having as main objective the identification of local beekeepers and supporting their efforts by selling and promoting pure, local honey which is obtained through certified process, in the context where the honey production is an activity with tradition in Romania. The new management with over 10 years of experience is based on a healthy foundation, based on such values as: constructive communication, perseverance, fairness, having at an ethical, respectful and transparent partnership, so we assure you on profitable business relationships for both sides.

The company has developed a series of innovative products, from 100% pure Romanian honey, purified and filtered in accordance with EU Quality Standards, patented and registered brand: Meli Feli: linden honey, acacia, polyflora and honey for children, the only honey recommended by the Romanian Society of Pediatrics, O’ Meli: honey enriched naturally with polyphenols. The owned capacities allow us to process 3000 tons of honey per year, in the condition with signed pre-contracts with our partners.

Packaging:

220 liter metal drums (approximately 300 kg net weight) produced by Greif Hungary made especially for food packaging, inside painted with special lacquer for foodstuff approved by the International Food Safety Directives. We also can deliver honey in glass jars, at weights of: 150, 250,400,1000 grams for shops or at 32 -50 grams for HORECA (hotels, restaurants, catering). On request we deliver our own brand (www.meli-feli.com) or private label.

Technology and production:

We have special installations and technology capable to assure a good preparation of the batches: 2 heating chambers ( 40 tons / by charge), 1 homogenization tank of 40 tons and storage capacity (approx. 3000 t). All the honey is homogenized in batches of 20 or 40, unit quality. We have our own laboratory, where a well-trained and qualified staff works. They analyze the honey produced exclusively from Romania. In our laboratory we do preliminary analyzes: antibiotics, HMF, color, water content, pollen, counterfeiting. Other analyzes, until homogenization are made at QSI and Intertek company, Germany. This procedure allows us to offer high quality controlled batches, which meet the high quality standards and requests from our partners.
